Tabasco Pepper!
While stirring a pot full of pepper ready to parboil for Tabasco sauce I gave it a little stir and thought,"OH where is my camera?'
Recipe..
Tabasco Peppers
White vinegar (enough to cover Pepper plus 2 more cups)
1 Onion
2 TB. Garlic Powder
Bring to boil for about 4 minutes put in jars!
