Italian Bread/ Bread Machine

Italian Bread (Bread Machine)
Wet ingredient always goes first
(for 2 lb. loaf)
Water ..1 1/4 cups plus 3 Tbsp.
4 cups Bread Flour
1 Tbsp. Dry Milk
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. REAL (not canned) Parmesan or Romano Cheese
2 tsp. Basil
2 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Italian Seasonings
Make a small little well in center and pour a packet of dry yeast
2 Tbsp. REAL Butter cut up a little and put on top.
Turn Bread Select to French
Medium Color
Just a little idea.. save a few piece's and cube them up. Then put in a skillet with a little Olive Oil and make home made Croutons!!

Yum Yum Cake

Yum Yum Cake

1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup finely-chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eight-ounce packages softened cream cheese
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 eight-ounce containers whipped cream, such as Cool Whip
3 cups milk
2 small boxes instant pudding mix, I use 1 Vanilla and 1 Chocolate

Beat milk and two packages pudding mix refrigerate for about an hour
In medium mixing bowl, cut together one stick butter or margarine, flour, and chopped walnuts or pecans.
Press evenly into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven until light golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together confectioner's sugar and softened cream cheese.
Fold in one 8-ounce container whipped cream.
Spread over cooled crust.
Spread Pudding over cream cheese layer.
Spread one 8-ounce container whipped cream over pudding layer.
If desired, sprinkle additional finely-chopped walnuts or pecans over top layer.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Grilled Cheese Burger


Grilled Cheese Burgers
Meat Preparation
1 Lb. Ground Hamburger
1 Lb. Lean Ground Sirloin
1 Med. Onion chopped in food processor
1 Can Whole Green Chili's chopped in food processor
Mix all and fry in skillet or grill.
After first turn add a few dashes to each Burger with Worcestershire sauce.
Make 2 Grilled Cheese sandwiches
When done add your burger and toppings that you chose
Bacon is always good!
I know sometimes you have to indulge yourself with good stuff!!

Cheesy Onion Bread


Cheesy Onion Bread
Ingredients
3 TB. Olive Oil
1 Large Onion chopped fine
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar grated (or any of your favorite cheese.. Monterey Jack is also yummy)
2 TB. Chives chopped
Directions
Preheat oven @ 350°
In a bowl mix Bisquick, Egg and Milk
In a medium cast iron skillet saute onion in olive oil till onions are translucent.
Add the Bisquick mixture to skillet
Bake for 35 - 40 mins. till golden brown
When done and right out of the oven sprinkle chives and grate cheese on top.
Note*
If you want in extra cheesy add about 1/2 cup shredded cheese when mixing Bisquick ,Egg and Milk.

Easy Baked Chicken





Easy Baked Chicken

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 (6 ounce) can cheddar French-fried onions or original French-fried onions, crushed

Directions
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.
2. Dip chicken in the butter mixture
3. Place in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
4. Sprinkle crumbs on top of chicken breasts.
5. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
