Sweet Potato Apple Casserole

Sweet Potato Apple Casserole

3 sweet potatoes
3 large apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 C. raisins
! 1/4 C. sugar
1/2 stick real butter-cut into small pieces
4 Tbsp. honey
1/2 C.crushed pecans
1/2 can cranberry sauce- cut in small pieces
Directions 8 x 8 square pan  bake at 350°F
 Boil sweet potatoes for about 15 minutes then let cool
Peel, core and slice in small pieces the 3 apples
Peel sweet potatoes and slice in  thin slices
Add sweet potatoes and apple slices into pan and toss till mixed
The rest of the ingredients will be added to the top
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter
Honey
Raisins
Pecans
Cranberry Sauce
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for one hour. Keep covered after taking out for about 20 minutes
